Bug Report Ps4 NA lorebooks/ lore pages/ invitation to morrowind

Unable to open morrowind invitation on ps4 main character and read ro add to editic memory.
Able to see and read but not obtain lorebook read note on random pages throughout vvarenfell. Character still sees them as glittering blue/gold pages posted in game and no " lorebook read" message.
