What ever happen to custom build saves?

On eso live a while back they said they wanted to add a feature to save builds to make quick swapping between builds easier and on console where we don't have an add on to do this is it can be a very time consuming choir. Trying to remember that perfect gear set up and skill layout when you have 6 or 7 toons like I do can be daunting and I've prob messed up a few. Just wondering if this is still being worked on or has it bin scrapped? Would love to be able to just switch to pre saved tank build and it auto equips my tank gear and weapons and the skills and ultimates I would use or same for healer and so on.
