Crit surge bugged?

✭✭✭✭✭A friend of mine was saying yesterday it was at times just flat out NOT healing. I have not been on my stamsorc to see for myself.

Anyway I haven't had a problem with power surge. I'll have to test this when I get a chance.0 -
Kerioko✭✭✭✭Haven't had a problem with power surge, but I noticed this on stam sorc with crit surge.
I noticed it mostly happening if I bar swapped right after I cast the ability, I would need to swap back and re-cast it to get it to work properly.
I have also notice on occasion if I cast it and then cast rally, rally seems to cancel crit surge.
The issue does not happen all the time, and seems to only happen in cyrodiil or in highly populated pvp areas. So the issue may be a result of lag and the server not reading the skill being triggered.Edited by Kerioko on June 12, 2017 10:01PMDinosaur Chicken Nuggets - Argonian mNB Tank/Heals (PVP)
