Volatile familiar disappearing in VMA

Two issues that I have run into in VMA every time I run it after the Morrowind patch. Consistently the volatile familiar is glitching out of the map on round two and won't come back in unless the effect is removed and re-summoned. The second issue is during multiple rounds the volatile familiar will randomly disappear and has to be removed and re-summoned as well.
