dual weild broken (PS4)

I am having a LOT of trouble activating skills in the DW skill line that require a target- mostly Rapid Strikes, but it happens with other skills too. Half the time the skills just do not fire at all. I know some of it has to do with the ridiculous amount of lag since the last patch, but even in relatively light lag instances these skills do not fire like they used to. This is in addition to light and heavy attacks not landing at all on a lot of enemies.

Also, being qued in Dungeons Finder since the last patch is like putting yourself into Hyper-lag mode. I have not been able to even switch zones or make it through a load screen without being kicked from the game while qued in Dungeon Finder since the patch.

Also having this problem on all dual wield characters, stamblade, Stam sorc and magplar. Completely frustrating and unplayable.

Have the same problems on DW on my nightblade...

no maintenance this week on ps4? so no fix for another 7 days...

every single person I have spoken to in-game last night has the same problems. They can not target Flurry and other DW skills.

Anyone at ZOS want to at least tell us you are 'looking into it' please? Can you at least acknowledge that this IS a problem with DW that needs to be fixed?

+1 for the DW problems on PS4 EU - StamDK here... Please fix that, it completely breaks our gameplay. If you don't like commenting, alright, just fix it silently tomorrow.

Im so confused. I just tried my stamblade for first time since Mwind and encounted this issue. I asked in game and got no reply. I asked other stamblades and only a few experience this. It literally is impossible to play though.

Ps4 na, redguard Stamblade "inhumanenation"
Dw/bow. Vma daggers,vmabow.
Tapping attack 4 lite attacks prevents the issue. Holding attack for anything less than a fully charged hvy will allow abilities to be cast with zero animation.

Same issues on Xbox. No skills go off except light/heavy attack animation, then when you switch bars, all your cast skills go off at once.

The only way to play right now is to not heavy weave jabs. Do bow back bar rotation, then heavy weave power of the light, heavy weave blade cloak, heavy weave rending slashes, light weave jabs. If you do not need stamina, light weave everything.

Also happens on dw magplar...relogging until it works helps but it's extremely annoying!

The part that i want to know. Are all the dw players exploiting this like in BG's or have they just quit ESO because i tried playing my stamblade again today and i got the ITIS so f'n bad i nearly uninstalled.

Obviously i know the answer when i see my f'n death recap. So i guess since its been only WEEKS and no word we are supposed to learn to live with it? Ridiculous. Just roll back whatever crap u rolled out (my guess is animation prioritization) OR make a statement saying its as intended.

Last thing i want is to get banned because im hiding everything from executions to full rotations while my toon seemingly harmlessly waves a medium attack...
