The way i see the current state of ingame /feedback is that it is made in a way that makes somewhat hard or confusing to give general suggestions or improvment ideas.
There is that "Pleasent surprise" portion which in balance, could use "Unpleasent surprise" as well because nothing is improved when people have limited ways to give negative feedback about things they dont like. Currently the feedback system seems to be made around getting only positive feedback which is kinda giving a pat to your own back and telling yourself "Im doing fine job if i just ignore the negative things i dont do well enough".
