Hello :)

I have read there will be 2 upcoming DLC will arrive soon
Horns of the Reach
And Clockwork City
My question is do we have to buy these DLC's in via crownstore If some one is not a subscribed player, or this will includes in morrowind expansion so those who bought the Morrowind DLC automaticly have accses to the New DLC's as well?

    I believe the base game will also get a new BG map and game mode but you'll have to own morrowind for that (but not the new DLC) if I understand correctly

    Well to be honest the lack of content in morrowind EXp they should include thiese upcomming dlcs in to it. This is just my opinion.

    DLCs will be part of ESO+ or purchased separately.
