I don't know if it's intended or not(I hope not),but it seems that dawnbreaker is now dodgeable. A couple patches ago it was made undodgeable and there has been no talk about changing it, but it seems like ZoS managed to mess the mechanics up. I am looking forward to a fix since this is really game breaking for any sustain stamina class,which more less loses its burst on stamina NBs that dodge roll from Cyrodiil to Morrowind and back... I spent 3 hours testing it yesterday, and it seems that during the dodgeroll animation it is 100% dodgeable,and sometimes even shuffle dodges it.
