Best way to Level up Ultra-Blazing-Fast (or just relatively fast).

Hi all,

I made a new character to play with (because you play with a character that you have made).
And I wonder how I can levelup very fast. I did do some dolmens but (meh). I also did some Skyreach stuff, need to have more players to play with.
I am playing Solo at this very moment. And I found a spot in Reapers March to grind non-stop. But that is not fast enough.
I have training trait, I am a +Subscriber, and I have EXP Scrolls.

My questions is, where or how can I level up fast in the latest patch Morrowind?
