I deposited 20k gold in the guild bank, and it disappeared. Not in guild bank, not in inventory, and not in other guild banks by accident. Just disappeared. Any help is appreciated.

Now I put items in my personal bank and they appear under the emblem of an existing item, but the name is that of the item I deposited. What happened to the replaced item? @ZOS_GaryA please help0
