• Before and after guild bank balance
• The actual action of the deposit after the guild bank has fully loaded in
• And the bank history showing depost, or lack thereof?

I lost a gold vicious ophidian necklace. Submit a ticket, and provided them with an approximate date of when I noticed it was gone (not of the date I think it disappeared). They said all they could find was a gold vo ring and asked for more specifics. This is when I realized it would be faster just to run vet trials and hope for good RNG. I wish you luck getting your gold back!

This happens frequently in our guild. You have to put a support ticket in with date, approx time of deposit, how much, which character and what guild and they will look into it and refund if found to be true. My advice would be to wait for the guild bank to fully load up with all the items in it before depositing, it's a known bug.

Though OP isn't communicating well, this is a rare, but known issue. Try not to exit the deposit screen too quickly after putting things in.

raviour, go for a walk, clear your head, and then get customer support on the line and calmly explain what happened. They should have record of the error and be able to grant your gold back to you.
