We need to ask if everyone is ready to join the Battleground, otherwise you could be ported over if you're in the middle of doing something else (killing a boss, looting a chest, etc).

This potentially fixes several cases such as getting a full ready check then getting a "someone declined message" as well as getting kicked back to the queue/ready check after you get "forming group" messages.
I remember in a eso live they said they wanted people to be able to pvp even if they only had 15 minutes to play. They wanted people to be able to jump in and play a game of battlegrounds even if they only had a few minutes to play. This is what they said about battlegrounds.
Imo they missed the mark.
@ZOS_RichLambert Tagging you because I've seen you reply to/read threads. BGs are fun but I feel like there is a problem with the queue and would like more insight on what's going on.
What should be the avg queue time for matchmaking in BG?
How many games should one expect to play per hour?
Should players feel like they spend more time in queue than BG (rhetorical because I'm a jerk...sorry)?
Do you think there is a problem with matchmaking and is it a logical problem (coding) or a physical problem ( we cannot have more than X amount of games)?
If you are designing players to queue for a long time then I do not think there should be a ready check (So the cool thing is this ia game where the queue is IN the game but you can't do anything but wait for queue anyways as menu, dueling, banking etc could make you miss queue).
Wrote all of this waiting in queue.

I would just post here if I were you:

The hilarious part of it all, if that ZoS will basically rebuttal you with this logic:ZOS_GinaBruno wrote: »To be clear, the message you all are seeing about someone in your group declining the invite could be for any one of the 12 players in your group - not just anyone on your own team. I mean, a Saturday Night Live skit of ZoS couldn't make fun of themselves better. How do they expect us to react to posts like this?
"OH WELL, GEEZ, IN THAT CASE, SINCE YOUR CODE IS WORKING... THIS 1HOUR QUEUE TIME DOESN'T SEEM SO BAD AFTER ALL NOW THAT I KNOW IT WAS INTENDED."
If I were one of these developers, I would rather just lie and say its broken than actually admit that it was working and was legitimately designed this way.

Bg queues on PS4 are garbage peak time. If you queue with 4 people it's worse. Solo queues seem to work better. It's a joke it's like buying a car and finding out after you buy the car It can turn on 10% of the time.

I was getting no more than 5 min queue times this weekend while doing solo queue (PC NA). However when I tried to group with my buddy those times became much longer. He eventually jumped to another game because he got fed up with it.
Also for another really good thread summarizing the issues with Battlegrounds and how it can be improved, check out the thread below:
