• EU megaservers for maintenance – March 5, 9:00 UTC (4:00AM EST) - 16:00 UTC (11:00AM EST)
• ESO Store and Account System for maintenance – March 6, 6:00AM EST (11:00 UTC) - 4:00PM EST (21:00 UTC)

Why is Conversion so restricted?

I am curious as to why? The Imperial is nice but I'd like one for other races/class/factions and also should effect sets which is a must for end game. Since nothing but appearance changes it doesn't hurt the economy and is other wise WoW's Transmog system. (though up to date armor sets should be retained so people know you got the latest and greatest going into battle.)

    No one knows, it's been asked for that it work on all items since launch, however it's never changed.

    Not sure but i think they are afraid of losing income from costumes

    Well then don't let costumes be converted into?
