[PC-NA] Vampire Cannot Bite After Skill Reset

No bite timer appears in character creation. Tested with a friend know that it was not the "victim" that could not be bitten. My vampire can no longer bite even after Blood Ritual has been checked as his passive skill.

Jemcrystal✭✭✭✭✭Now he can bite again. I am going to guess it is this. When skills are reset recently after you have bit someone and turned them it will disable the VIEW of your bite timer on your character tab but the timer is still active and running. Once timer runs down you will be able to bite again and the timer will appear again as normal. Guessing.0

The problem is it no longer shows when you hit "C". If you have the Senendar addon or enable zos's new buffs/debuffs,under combat options they all show it correctly. Yes the display when you hit "C" needs to be fixed. But at least the timer is working correctly.0
