Game unplayable while in dungeon finder queue

Queued for a dungeon today, first dungeon in a week I would say, while in a queue my pc stutters a lot. Fps drops every 5 seconds or so to 20 .
No way to play the game while queued.

100% sure this was not happening one week ago, can't say if it started today.
Tried disabling all addons and ran repair, no luck

one more detail, this is way more evident when queued for Random dungeon ( either veteran or normal ) .
Specific dungeon queues are still causing fps drops but WAY less

I was hoping someone has this problem as well. The same thing here. Stutters every 5-10 seconds when in a dungeon queue! I deleted my ESO folder from documents folder, removed all addons. Nothing fixes this.

I hope somebody from Zenimax will read this!

I am getting the same thing, I have an open ticket about it, they are having me go through the usual bs right now, after seeing this I have linked them this post in the ticket hopefully, something gets done.

Update from the ticket:

I will forward that link to our development team. Also, I am escalating this ticket to another agent. We'll do everything we can to get your game working for you!

Already commented in another similar thread that got lost here. Same issue for about 3-4 days already. Reinstalling the game or chaning PC didn't help, the problem is most likely on the server side.

i've been told in my support ticket that they are aware of this, and working on a fix
however one patch already occured and this issue has not even been mentioned

I can definetely say there's an improvement. I tried queuing in random dungeons multiple times to check if the problem is still there. Most of the times there is no more stuttering but sometimes it still occurs, not every 10 seconds as before but more randomly. Anyway thanks for fixing.

Glad your ticket told you they knew about it, mine is still giving me the runaround, oh your computer is not updated, or there is a packet drop contact your isp. Fix one thing and they find another fault on my end. I pretty much have given up on the support ticket because its just people posting generic stuff. Lets hope they get it fixed. It has worked 100% until the patch that came out around June 4/5th

Mines lagging like crazy nothing wrong with my speeds was fine about 2 / 3 days ago now it's unplayable

The stuttering is still there. I am really "amazed" that it still isn't fixed.

I tried to ask for an ETA on my ticket, and the answer I got is a standard copy paste for all the dungeon finder issues..

Something along the lines of :
"We're sorry you're not getting in a group with the dungeon finder tool"

TLDR

They did not even my ticket and just copy - pasted standard response for Dungeon finder issues

I just did cancel my ESO+, not willing to give money to a company that does not even read customer tickets.

I tried the finder for random dungeon on PS4 yesterday. Character completely freezes for about 2 seconds every 10 seconds.
After a few minutes of this I'm kicked from the queue. Multiple times.
No more random dungeons levelling up my MDK I guess.

There was an update around the 12th of july this month which from eso support i was told was suppose to fix this its saturday night july 15 2017 and this is still not working it continues to freeze up as you wait for dungeon finder to start and it never starts this sucks everything was fine months ago WHAT HAPPEN ? This is a case of if its not broken dont fix it so what gives Zenimax this is coming from an eso plus member come on guys get it together
