Cyrodiil Warden Bounty missions..

ZOS, is it possible to wait till there are more Wardens till you introduce the "Kill 20 Wardens" mission?
Usually those bounty missions for killing (DK, Sorcs, Templars, NB) are easy and quickly finished (less than 30 mins) especially when playing in a big group.
Ever since "Kill wardens" has been introduced, its been much harder. Ive spent the whole evening (in a big group) killing tons of others, sieges, keeps, resources, you name it, 5+ hours and all I could manage was killing 7 wardens out of 20

Yea it will probably not be changed, but damn, this may take a while..

We should be able to select the quests from a drop down list. We can only do one of each per day anyway. Same for the scroll and keep quests - should be able to choose which ones we want.

There are so many wardens out there now I find its the quickest one to do by miles. DKs on the other hand is the slowest with most being perma blocking ulti- ATMs these days.

abandoned the warden bounty as soon as I got it...got a sorcs bounty instead...

I'll keep the next one I get to see how long it takes to complete...

yeah, to hell with those dk bounties...

on Vivec EU, for about 4 hours in a full group fighting up and down Cyrodiil. Not a single warden

I think the biggest problem for me with the Warden bounty, is that randomly it will stop counting the kills for a while, an issue i haven't noticed with the other bounties.... yet. I've had it stuck at 3/20 and took another 5+ Warden kills that i was sure of before it started counting again (my friend who was grouped with me and with the same bounty was getting them counted though) stuck at 16/20 for some time, and stuck at another random number I can't remember now. My friend was also stuck at 18/20 for about 2 hours one night despite us killing quite a few Wardens, and his better half has also had the issue of it not counting kills for a while. Last night I just abandoned the quest when I got it lol, maybe next time I'll see if it bugs out again XD

Just last night I got this quest and some 2 hours later I saw the first update to it. 1/20!?!?

I don't really pay that much attention to the kill quests. I run with a larger group and it just comes naturally. But seeing this did make me wonder how many we killed since I picked up the quest. It had to be way more than just one. So I'll agree something seems wrong here. (this is after they said they fixed this quest once already)

I'll give it another shot later today and see if the counter is still stuck.

I'm fairly certain the quest is bugged and not counting many of your warden kills or only counting KB's while the other 5 count kills you contribute to or your group members contribute too. The very first night I played in Cyrodiil after the patch I got ~40 kills on my warden slayer achievement and never filled the quest so I think its just not counting. I think I managed to get that quest to like 11/20 in 3 hours of PvP, I just abandon it and grab another one now when it pops up.

Quest is bugged. I've finished up getting warden slayer and got only 12/20 on the quest. It's definitely only counting KB when I look at KC too.

I've been killing wardens constantly and it hasn't been counting towards my quest =/

for me personally - the bounties aren't about AP...it's the sheer joy of knowing I killed (or helped kill) at least 20 other players...

although to be honest - there have been times when I've killed the same player over and over again (usually in IC) where they've nearly helped me complete the whole bounty themselves...

the bounties are hands down my favorite dailies in the whole game (the IC dailies coming in second)...

I actually have deleted the warden mission for this very reason. It seems to take far more than 20 kills to get the full 20 credit, but I have experienced this problem with other bounties as well. Warden just seems to be the most egregious example. I am also talking about kills made while out in the overworld all by myself 1v1 and not getting credit for the kill vs. a Warden. Its a bit strange at times.
