Lately everything in towns not loading in properly even more so during high activity....

TESO on my xbox one for a while now after recent updates and release of new content i noticed once in awhile and even more so during high activity whenever i enter towns the buildings, walls, floors, trees, and etc don't always load in properly and can look blob like or faded sometimes and i have to log out then in to fix it. Now it only happens in TESO no other game i own and when it does start to happen its always in towns and basically areas with lots of buildings, statues, and etc only. Also just like crashes in TESO it happens randomly and not always.

I really hope devs can address this and make it to where this doesn't happen because this only started happening after recent release of DLCs, expansion, and updates so should be a way to make sure everything in towns or heavily populated areas always load in properly no matter if the sacrifice is it taking a little longer then usual to load in that would be fine and better then how it currently is.

I get something similar to what you're saying on PC in towns and stuff. For me, it's just the game taking a while to load the textures, and it resolves itself eventually (30 seconds or so).

Exactly except for me on xbox one it can take forever and require me to log in and out instead sometimes.

This sort of thing is compounded by having too many people in a small area, which is likely why it's happening in town. The servers are always over-populated right after a release. Give it a week or two; it'll stop as the population drops to something the server (and your X-Box) can handle.

    Living vicariously through my characters.

    My Girls:
"If you were trapped in your house for, say, a year, how would you pass the time?"

Nephikah the Houseless, dunmer assassin: "I suppose I could use the break. I have a lot of business holdings now that need management."
Swum-Many-Waters, elderly argonian healer: "I think that I would enjoy writing a memoir."
Silh'ki, khajiit warrior-chef: "Would this one be able to go outside, to the nearby river? It's hard to fish without water!"
Peregrine Huntress, bosmer hunter: "Who is forcing me to stay inside, and where can I find them?"
Lorenyawe, altmer mechanist: "And why would I want to go outside in the first place? Too much to be done in the workshop."
Lorelai Magpie, breton master thief: "I'd go nuts. Lucky for me, I have a little experience sneaking out!"
Rasheda the Burning Heart, redguard knight: "I would continue my training to keep my skills sharp."
Hex-Eye Azabi, khajiit daedric priestess: "I suppose it would be lucky, then, that I built a shrine to Mephala in my backyard."
Yngva Stormhammer, nord bandit (reformed...ish): "I hate being inside even when I'm not forced to be. GET. ME. OUT."
Madam Argentia, vampire dunmer aristocrat: "I suppose it would be more of the same. I have a rather... contentious relationship with the sun."
Mazie gra-Bolga, orc scout: "Uh... I'd have to house train my bear..."
Felicia the Wanderer, imperial witch-for-hire: "What Lorelai said."
Calico Jaka-dra, retired khajiit pirate: "This one would like a rest from her grand adventures. Her jewel shop runs out of stock!"
Shimmerbeam, blind altmer psijic: "Provided that I am confined to Artaeum, I do not think I will want for things to occupy my time."
Shauna Blackfire, redguard necromancer: "Sounds like paradise. I hate people."
Kirniel the Undying, cursed bosmer warrior: "I would feel useless, not being able to fight."
Echoes-from-Dragons, argonian who thinks she's a dragon: "All the better to count my hoard!"

I understand i just hope devs can maybe somehow address this issue to where its less likely to happen because somedays it can get bad when towns are heavily populated to point where i have to log out and back in to get everything in town to load in properly.

I'm on PC/NA and have had the same issue. Vvardenfell has it the worst. I've stayed still for 3 to 5 minutes, waiting for textures/items to load. I've also had enemy NPC's decide to not load until I was right on top of them (no, these weren't respawns). It all got bad after the Morrowind update.
