I've completed the quest Awaken the Past and got my 3 costumes but the achievement says I'm still missing the Torc of Baloth Bloodtusk and my PS4 trophy Wrothgar master relic hunter has not unlocked

So I spoke to a member of the team and they said try doing the achievement requirements again (which is impossible for Wrothgar master relic hunter) now I have an achievement I can never unlock on my character and a Playstation trophy I can never unlock too (even though they should be unloacked)
