Voted ^.^ never used it myself but I have several friends who permanently play pc with a gamepad
Before judging a man walk a mile in his shoes.
    After that who cares?
They're a mile away and you've got their shoes.

I'm console but when I play on PC I use the gamepad. Hate playing on a keyboard.

Voted. I use a ps4 controller on pc. It's the main reason I play this game. I started to get rsi from raiding in wow using mouse & kb.

I recently started using an Xbone elite controller, and reWASD to map the keys. Works great, as I don't have to use the hinkey-ass interface ZoS designed for PC gamepad users.
I'm not prejudiced; I hate everyone equally !

Interesting, explain reWASD to me. is it like xpadder? I considered using xpadder for ESO but it wouldn't accomplish what I was wanting. in all fairness i don't know if anything will, I think it's a technical limitation due to how the game works.

I suffered a spinal cord injury a few years back and lost a lot of my fine motor skills and a lot of sensation from my neck down, I simply cannot play competitively with KB/M, gamepads however are simple and fall comfortably into my hand, so I only use them. If the game can't be played with a gamepad, I find a way to make it with xpadder or other means- I even raid competitively on WoW with my gamepad.

I was hoping to get a glimpse of the people who used gamepad and in what fashion they do, I made a suggestion in the combat mechanics forums about a potential way to improve the gamepad experience that I've found to be super helpful as a person with accessibility issues. I'm hoping it doesn't go totally unnoticed.

reWASD allows you to map any mouse or keypad to any button on the gamepad. It doesn't allow the creation of macros.

I see, would you mind sharing your controller setup? Just a screenshot of your binds would do.

I was suggesting opening up the ability to use LT, RT, and LT+RT as keybind modifiers so allow us more keybinds, much the same way that LT+B is the default dodge roll on xbox controller, I was suggesting allowing LT/RT/LT+RT and X,Y,A to be viable keybinds as well, because currently they are not. it's a little confusing to allow us to use LT+B for any binding we want, but not allow us to use the ts to modify other keys.
