The text in the top right corner of the screen now hangs off the top of the screen. When I went to adjust screen in the options to try and fix this I couldn't. All the other corners line up fine but the top hangs off screen.

I checked this out in a little more depth when I got some free time, and discovered it was some problem with my PS4 itself.
