Invitation to Morrowind

Just wondering with my new warden character which gets the unique museum bound piece invitation to morrowind to add to this characters library. For some reason when I try to use it nothing happens by pressing the controller a button. How do I get to add this to my characters lore library which is now in my characters inventory?
