Ive made a warden level 20 atm but how do i start the harborage missions. Or r they removed now

    If you haven't left Vvardenfell yet, head to your faction's starter city and you should get a quest that will start the base game's main quest.

    For me, as soon as i took one step away from the shrine in Davon's Watch the hooded figure appeared
