We kinda new the strat and all the bosses got nuked, no whipes. But I did have to think outside of the box from my normal playstyle. I havent beaten vet yet, but normal is alot of fun.

Fine work here guys!

Agreed. My group didn't finish and we did wipe... a lot, but it was somewhat of a blind run. I liked that even on normal there was a need to follow mechanics and I feel like it's somewhat preparing me for vet. All other normal trials I found very boring and have a hard time even trying them, even to farm needed gear. But I had fun last night.

Phahaha, oh, normal HoF... We were stuck for 3 days on last boss :D All the more joy when we finally made it :)

Yeah, it's fun. Very mechanic-heavy, requires very good group-coordination. Overall, very, very nice :)

For a normal trial it felt quite hard, significantly harder than vetAA or vet hel ra. I dunno what vet's gunna be like but I'm down for it.

It will be interesting to see if it stays feeling hard. Because right now, not only are people having to learn the trial. They also have to learn how to use their resources again. Which may not be a problem in guild runs with experienced players. but I would imagine a lot of pug groups suffer because of it.

Very true, amd pickup groups are notorious for never paying attention/following direction/doing their own things. It'll be a new shiny for a while, something to get you in there.

That's true. I ran it on my stam sorc and with all the CCs it was very taxing on my stamina. It might be worthwhile to run immovable pots for certain fights until getting used to it.

I would imagine a lot of PUG groups suffer because of the lack of coordination :)

I mean, there are a s**t-ton of mechanics that suck the resources from you. Even with the Magician and blue pre-Morrowind Orbs, you didn't target Capacitor on sight - you're rekt.

Funny thing - I actually didn't have many problems with resouces nor on DD, nor on Healer. Healer is a bit tricky, but most of the time you can afford standing still in Channeled Focus (esp on last boss, btw) so you're good, if you're Templar.

But oh boy, how rekt we were if we didn't kill Capacitor fast enough :D
