Why cant i heavy atack weave anymore?

I use dual wield on my stam sorc and every now and then i would weave a heavy atck in my rotation to get some stamina back , but that was before this new update, Now if i use a heavy atck followed by ''Bloodthirst'' the ability does not go off and in some cases it just show some random numbers instead. The ulti goes off in a wierd way aswell lol! I use Dbos. Please look in to this guys that would be apreciated a lot! at this point it is impossible for me to incorporate heavy atcks in to my rotation if the skills dont fire cant run vmsa anymore at this state...
