Blue Betty Netch does not remove debuffs in Battlegrounds.

As the title says, activating my Blue Betty in BGs doesn't remove debuffs. Even after all enemy player(s) nearby have died, and no negative effects are being reapplied, summoning the Netch doesn't remove anything. I tested the ability in a duel, and it removed a Magicka Sorcerer's Curse/Daedric Mines debuffs just fine.
