[BUG] Can not queue for Random Vet Dungeon

When trying to queue for Random Vet Dungeon as I have hundreds of times, GF now says I can not queue because it requires a DLC. This is incorrect. Random Vet does not require a DLC. Thank you for your cooperation in correcting this mistake immediately.
Additional Bug - Your "Customer Service" is bugged. They are only capable of sending canned responses, even when those responses have nothing to do with issue reported.
