So im in marrowind map and iv noticed around the areas there are some brotherhood posters with a cross on them. Is the auridon maps there is no cross on them is there a reason for this

Do you mean the Wanted poster decorations you see every once in a while? Those are just decorations, so they don't really mean anything.
