At first I thought it was my imagination and then I thought it could be lag because PING is up over 400, again. But I logged in this morning to the same thing.
Opposing factions are showing red for about 1 second. Not just a flash and then gone but enough to where you are sure of what you're seeing. Saw it in Vvardenfell wilderness, Nchuleftingth, Vulkal Guard and Craglorn. VG and Crag was this morning.
