I am unable to log into my account as I am receiving the 'new device' message but the access code is not coming through to my e-mail address, I also can't contact support for the same reason, access code not being received.
I can log into the game & the forum, obviously, with no problems & I am still getting advertising e-mails from ESO so I'm sure the problem is not at my end.
I am also using the same device & e-mail as I always have.
Could a moderator or anyone please contact support on my behalf.
