[BUG] Stamina Templar Animation Cancelling

Ever since this new patch a weird animation occurs only on my stamplar. After I javelin, heavy attack, I attempt to animation cancel into jab spam but my arms get caught in a really weird animation and I can't do anything. I found this video that shows what I am talking about.

Moncho11✭✭✭It's not just Templar animations, all combat animations were broken with this update. On this clip that I'll link at the bottom you'll see a lot of the animations don't fire off. At the 18 sec mark you can see I shoot of the Assassin's Scourge proc and the 3 previous surprise attacks all hit at the same time.
