Missing Skyshard?

So for those who have played the Morrowwind Chapter as a Warden starting character must have noticed that there is a skyshard missing from the tutorial. While this wouldn't bug me usually I suddenly realised that I will always be one skyshard short when completing the skyshard runs. It won't be for achievements or anything but I couldn't help but notice that I'm missing one skyshard from my new journey as Warden. I could have possibly missed it from Firemoth but I don't know just felt weird that I start a new character with 0/3 skyshards. Just feels weird for to me for them to miss it out and instead give us a skill point which is worth three skyshards. Anyone else notice this?

✭✭✭✭✭The only thing missing is a skillpoint if you are a character created before purchasing morrowind. Morrowind created characters will have 1 more skillpoint over existing characters as they can do both tutorials2
