✭✭You get them from Ald'ruhn after doing the introduction quests from the quest givers there and going to the Ashlander camp in the swamps north of Seyda Neen.

join up with other players and you can share the quests between yourselves, one player picks up the quests and shares them, do the quests and get rewards and then another player can pick up the quests and share them with the group, rinse and repeat.2
