Can't login to my the ESO website, can login to the game

I don't know why but I can't seem to login to my account on the ESO website, whenever I input my login information and hit submit or press enter, my login information just disappears like I hit a refresh page button. No error message pops up or anything. Another strange thing is that I can click on the "forgot username" button and get a email with my username but I can't do that for my password, when I put my information in to retrieve my password it just goes back to the login screen with blank login information bars.
