Warden : Nature's Gift Question

Just wanna get some understanding on this ability.

As a Stamina Warden I will have only around 10k-11k magicka and a much higher stamina pool.

As per this passive definition I am assuming that my Magicka will be regenerated and NOT my stamina.

Can someone confirm or correct me ?

slot a heal, dodge roll while holding block to prevent stam regen. Then use one of the heals in that line the heal that heals actually heals.

Remember that two of those heals require other action, taking damage and doing light or heavy attacks, do not use those.

Of course it would help if you are on PC and have an addon that tells you that magika or stamina was returned. Even without you should be able to see the increase if total stam available is listed.
