I was fishing earlier in Vvardenfell on a new character to start collecting fish for the master angler achievement but I kept getting used bait even when I was using the correct bait. The first time it happened I thought I had selected the wrong bait so, I went and tried all of them but it was the same result- used bait. After that I logged in with two older characters I had created prior to Morrowind release and tried fishing again in Craglorn, Malabal Tor, and Deshaan but I only got used bait. Has anyone else had this issue or am I just doing something wrong?
