I have posted in the Xbox tech support, Bug Reports, Facebook, and elsewhere. I have not received ANY feedback from anyone involved with the game. I cannot load the game past the initial splash screen, all it does is kick me back to dashboard every single time. I cannot play the game even in the slightest. This started with the patch for Morrowind. I currently have ESO+ as well, so I am not just frustrated, watching all of my friends play, and more, I am using up PAID time >.<
And, not a single person from ZOS has said a single thing to me, no attempt for assistance, nothing. I have had to rely on other players and my own searching and trying to fix from Google searches. I have cleared my cache, hard booted the system, deleted and reinstalled everything except the main program, and so much more. I am trying to avoid reinstalling the main game, as it is 78 GB in size, and would take me (according to the calculator I just ran it through) about 46-50 hours of continuous downloading. My sub is up on the 10th. I have not been able to even fantasize about playing since the 5th. If I add 2 days of complete frustration and inability to do anything else with my internet for 2 entire days, looking at the 9th minimum. ZOS needs to at least engage me and try to assist, this is absolutely detestable of a company to ignore a paying customer 100% when they are completely unable to use the product they have paid so much to enjoy.
