Morrowind physical CE delivery delay

I already wrote a ticket about this, but the support hasn’t answered yet and I’m afraid time is getting short.
I’m from Europe and bought the physical Morrowind Collector’s Edition (PC) in the American amazon shop. The estimated delivery time is June 21.
I activated Morrowind 2 weeks ago and created a Warden, which is now level 26.

Since I’ll not be able to enter my activation code in time (last chance is tomorrow, June 08, I guess), I’d like to ask what will happen.
- Will I not be able to enter Morrowind?
- Will my Warden be deleted?
- Will his stuff be deleted? Like Morrowind recipes and blueprints?

I had submittted a support ticket and they told me:
1) Will be frozen out of Morrowind until code is entered.
2) Warden will not be deleted nor will his stuff.
3) They weren't sure if I couldn't access the character, which is currently in Greenshade. Will find out soon though.


So, don't lose anything, just have to wait to get it back.

You just won't able to access the content during this time

The same thing happened at launch in 2014. CE were delayed by like a week. The eventually gave everyone access after like 2 days of not being able to log in at all, since was only the base game.

My Amazon account says delivery on June 12th and still hasn't even shipped.

Sometimes they don't update the tracking. I hope that you'll get your copy on June 12th.

You won't be able to access Morrowind until the Code is entered? Are you sure?

I got my Boxed CE yesterday and was playing in Morrowind without an issue. I hadn't opened the CE or typed in the code yet. It wasn't until I read about the broken statues that I decided to open it and went ahead and used the code.

They are giving the early access people until the 9th to enter the code.

I know one other besides myself still waiting for the CE box in the mail. This is not fair if we get cut off from access because of a bad shipping set up. What is going to be done about this?

Don't get me wrong - I'm not complaining. I was pretty sure that I'll get my copy of Morrowind later than others when I ordered the physical SE box in the USA. I'd just like to know what is going to happen to my character.

See, if ZeniMax hadn't allowed us pre-order players to enter Morrowind 2 weeks earlier (which they didn't need to do), you would probably not blame them for shipping delays, but the reseller.
