I am eso member since release 2014. Playing on and off and happily buying some Krones here and there when I like something.

Now I paused the game for a bit but managed to get the preorder on morrowind CE on amaz**. It arrived today, I know late but amaz** failure.

Ok after another 20 mins of wild clicking and a litle googling I saw the 'LOG IN' button. Ok maybe I have to login, to cotact this sacred people of support because god forbid some peassant without pouring money in their company contact them.

So Im sitting here as a member since 2014 where zos is still not sure if my account is valid or even exist (never had hacking or stuff issues so why mistrust) with a broke morrowind key from a 100+ Euro box.

Lesson learned.

At least disabling ESO+ is convenient.

At least I CAN CONTACT AMAZON YES. The other thing is that this this game provide none.

Call with amazon.de we cant only return money because physical sold out and cant be replaced...

What NOW ZOS.

Can I at least get a contact mail for the exaltet hidden support or something?

Yes you can. FIRST log into your account at the top then go to the store.

Wrong again. When I logged into my account I get an inf loop on after clicking here to buy. When I logged out of my account it worked.

Try different browsers. Clear your browser cache. Use Chrome. Another person was having a similar issue with IE and Firefox. They used chrome at my suggestion and it worked.

Yes IE9 worked to login in the Help section but the formular for 'not working code' dont created a ticket I have no ide how they support work.

You need to get onto email support, tell them code is invalid. They wll ask you to send proof of code and proof of purchase, and then they will apply it manually.

Also, make sure when you input the code there is not an accidental space at the start of the code. This is what happened to me. The input field had added a space.
