Cannot load past splash screen

I have tried loading the game countless times, I have deleted/reinstalled every part of the game except the main one, changed MAC address, cleared cache, hard booted, moved everything to different hard drives and back, and more. When I load the game the picture of the guy, girl, bear with Red Mountain in background pops up immediately. After a few seconds, that goes away, replaced by black screen, a few seconds later a flash of slightly lighter black screen occurs, replaced by black screen again, after a few seconds it returns to dashboard. Somehow, this patch broke my game completely. I need assistance badly. I do not want to reinstall the game, because, at this point, the game is almost 80 GB, and it took the majority of the day (over 16 hours) to download the 32 GB patch. During which time, every other thing in the house trying to use the Internet was sluggish to the extreme, and i could not even download patches, addons, etc for OTHER games, basically devoting the Internet completely to ESO. To reinstall would take about 2 days of that, and I fear my decision would be to just delete the game and move on, however I have a lot of money tied up in ESO, and pretty sure that even in this situation, I'd get none of that back, even though very obviously something went wrong that wasn't MY fault.

So, please, help me, and put 'reinstall' so far at the back of the list that it does not exist, basically? Leave that for last possible grasp of hope. But, until then, I am completely unable to play, I cannot even get to the log in screen, or anything, just the Splash Screen!! =(
