Winterborn stealth nerf?

I'm looking at my purple Winterborn set and it's saying 5810 DMG. I remember it being nearly the same as Skoria

So I checked out eso will, it says 7967 gold.

Did I miss anywhere in the notes about this set getting nerfed?

Where did you checked it? ESO will?

UESP's log data viewer shows 5,880 damage for epic and 6,020 for legendary (CP 160). Those numbers you can see from their database are actually extremely accurate and I trust it. Those numbers are without champion points, remember that though.

The thing why it seems to be lower than on Homestead is the fact that champion points got reworked. At least that's where I'd put my money into.

I'm still wondering about it's effectiveness versus a different set that provides instantaneous results (like with the netch/bear and Necropotence, though I've only managed to make it work in PvP).

Can you provide feedback in here with your testing with Winterborn? And yeah, the UESP tends to be a little better in terms of numbers.
