Morrowind Preorder items

I preordered the game, and did not receive the preorder items. Best Buy had a glitch and it says my preorder hasn't shipped, but I received a code for using Morrowind. Did I get shafted by Best Buy or do I need to go somewhere to get the preorder items?

Depends what you ordered and what items you are expecting. If you bought the upgrade, you only need a code to enter to play Morrowind as the download has all the software you need.

I pre-ordered the digital upgrade on PS4 and got my PS4 pet on the weekend with my in game pre-order items arriving in my account mail box this morning.

Think if you expecting a delivery the code will be in the packaging. What all physical preorders on PC were given was a temporary code to allow the access to Morrowind and all the other items are in the code you will get in your delivery. Got mine yesterday and there was just the one code that activated Morrowind and all the pre-order goodies.

So you most likely just have to wait for the delivery from Best-Buy.

I preordered the digital download, so I'm not expecting any physical items. Best Buy even stated delivery by Email in the description. I only received one code, and it allowed me to use Morrowind, but no preorder items came up, and no email came in with them, at least not yet.

The Discovery pack was supposed to be included for preorders. Warden costume, war dog, 1 dwarven crown crate, maps, and some experience scrolls.

Check your inventory for the scrolls and map, check collections for the costume and dog and finally the crown crate should be waiting for you under the Crown Crate icon )

Not to argue but I'm basing it off Xbox one and the PC store digital site at the top of this page.

On Xbox store digitally it clearly only came with the digital CE upgrade or digital CE editions.

Maybe I'm wrong. Just sharing what I read in January...lots of ppl have argued I didn't know what I was talking about then. Maybe they are right and I'm wrong.

I just know I have the items

@NewBlacksmurf the pre-order digital upgrade came with the "Discovery Pack" which was the costume, the dog, scrolls, maps and a crate
The pre-order digital upgrade Collectors Edition added the War horse mount, the Morag Tong convertor, a Dwarven spider pet and a collection of emotes.

Edit:- I think that's all of them and this was on PC as far as I'm concerned

I hear ya...there's even a thread on it

Oddly enough there's a few posts with a lot of comments from ppl who didn't get it.

As of 2 years ago....I can no longer go off ZOS stuff. I had to go off what's in the Xbox one store. It's only listed under the CE editions and I'm not sure when or if it changed after release but on pre order I only say it listed for two bundles not all 4

There are many comments under reviews on the Xbox store complaining about this
