Xbox NA player here,
Currently unable to play ESO at all because NA servers are down ("Login Failed: Connection to server timed out. Please try again later.")

At the top of of the forums you are saying that Xbox live is currently experiencing a service interruption. However Xbox customer support has said that my problems with ESO is on YOUR end. According to the direct link in your red banner to xbox support the issues include:
1) Browsing the Xbox Games Store,Downloading items that you have already purchased
2) Xbox One : Friday the 13th: The Game
These interruptions should affect ESO? I do not think so....Also, I am able to log into xbox EU server without issue (sadly I do not have a real account to enjoy the new content there on, just a randomly created lvl 3 to test)
I would appreciate if you would take the time to address this issue and not brush it off on Microsoft; while Microsoft says they have nothing to do with it.
I understand this is a major update and whether its too many players or what to be frank this happens with every major update. So I am most offended by you brushing it off as an Xbox/MS interruption. This tells me that your are doing nothing to find a solution, which offends me even more as a paying customer.
Finally to everyone else on the forums and ZOS I am not complaining that that the servers crashed. This happens...I am certainly annoyed by it, yes, but I am most offended by the failure of ZOS to recognize and address the issue.
