You need to uncouple your service from Xbox purchased content server for logins

I play other games which have purchased content and these issues have never blocked my ability to play. ESO is the first game I've ever experienced the number of problems with "XBox purchased content services" with. Redesign this connection so you aren't hamstrung and cause us to not access!
