Wednesday one of the people I was running an instance with mentioned that. One of the other people said, yes, they no longer regen...you have to heal your pet....and healers can't heal them anymore (if they could in the past)...the only healing they will ever get has to come from you. I don't know if that is true or not...I'm new as heck here...but that was what I heard them saying in discord.
