ESO:Morrowind keeps crashing any ideas as to why and when it will be fixed?

So I was able to get my copy of Morrowind last night well I installed it today did all the updates, restarted the console the whole shabang and well I tried to login into the game 2x times finally got in the 2nd time where to it asks me to input a code or to buy the digital upgrade so I clicked to in put the code took me to the store about 10 minutes later (stayed in the store for a bit checking out es games) well after doing that I went back to the game and well now it won't log in at all I've tried 6x times and restarted the console before coming here the error message I keep is getting is as follows "LOGIN FAILED An unexpected internal error has occurred. Please contact customer service at help.elderscrollsonline.com" I've received that error each time so what is up? Now I just got the error message "Unable to connect to Xbox Life. Please make sure you have a valid internet connection" and there isn't any issues with the internet so what's up?I mean I'd love to check the game out but for some unknown reason I simply cannot and it's disheartening to an elder Scrolls fan to not be able to actually play the game they've been waiting for months to play...so any help is greatly appreciated...

Hi, I cannot log in right now either, getting the same message. On my ESO face book page there are lots of people having the same problem. IM on the EU server.

There is a message at the top of the forum saying Xbox Live is having problems

Hopefully it will be back up soon.

I've been playing this game since launch. I'm going to be completely blunt and honest with you.

1. The game developers don't give a **** about you or me or any player. They will never respond to your post here. These forums are just ways for us to see if others are having the same problems or not and if someone has found a work around. None of us can log in right now. The severs are likely overloaded.

2. At launch week many of us could not log on. Expect to have major issues like this for the whole week. Expect major bugs in the immediate aftermath of any major DLC. Expect to be frustrated and disappointed from time to time if you want to play this game long term.

XB status is all green, except for one game (Friday the 13th), so not an XB issue anymore.

Having really bad connection issues today. Chat has been horrible as well. People getting stuck at connecting and then disconnect from game or freeze and crash. It's been non stop all day long......checked xbox live and not showing any issues on their end. Will these servers ever get fixed?
