I've been telling everyone that I could that it was going to turn out the same wayDon't worry this isn't the first time ZOS lied about something they did or are doing that caused problems. I remember back when I was playing PC, PVP was fine with ZERO LAG, but then we had a update and one key part of it was a LIGHTING and like flowers or some stuff in PVP and ever since the "LIGHTING" patch PVP has lagged. But ZOS of course says "it wasn't the lighting and flower patch that is making it lag. Ok but the day before the patch it was completely fine with ZERO lag.
lol this is almost as bad as the first week on XBOX hahahahha
The hamsters can't handle the stressOne of the things that irks me about this situation with the Xbox NA server is that I don't think the server is completely down.
Let me explain: I have several friends on my XBL list that are in the game playing it right now (one just went from 604 to 605 cps on his gamer card), BUT they haven't logged out of the game yet. If they did, I believe like the rest of us, they'd have a problem getting back in.
I think like with the initial console launch, it's a case of everyone trying to login to the server simultaneously, especially now that's it prime time and most in NA are off work, or just about.
I'd imagine, barring ZOS actually doing something to fix the issue, that the login problems will resolve on their own as people either give up trying to login or they go to bed. Try logging in after midnight, and I bet there won't be as much of a problem getting into the NA server.

Considering the Microsoft Service issues as per Microsoft are related to Content Purchasing and the game "Friday the 13th", I don't see how this ESO issue is related.
Now if there are underlying services on ESO that are also impacted by whatever is impacting these two items outlined on Microsoft's website, it might be helpful to go a little more into detail so people don't share the same skepticism as I do.
Now, I'm not telling anyone how to do their jobs(even though I bet I could help them get done), but just making a suggestion in attempts to quell the uproar from disbelievers assuming this really is an Xbox Live related issue.
Just my $.02.... with all that, it might have even been 3.

New to reading maintenance and such, yes. I've been on some other sub forums for a while. I just figured that I'd throw that in there... I assume it's falling on deaf ears based on your response.
