ZoS: Give us no CP dueling.

First let me say that I applaud the devs for choosing to make BGs no-CP. I think it would have been a horror fest had CPs been allowed in BGs. No-CP is much more fun. With the campaign changes also showing an emphasis on no-CP it is clear that ZOS's direction with PVP is pointing toward no-CP. I'm sure many others, like myself, will be dedicating all their PVP time to no-CP - i.e. only playing in BGs and the no-CP campaigns. I plan on making all my gear suitable for no-CP - e.g. using stuff like prismatic glyphs which I like to use in no-CP but not in CP. 95% of the time this is fine because BGs and Cyrodiil will always be no-CP for me. However, the only time I will now ever be exposed to CP in regards to PVP is in dueling. This will be a big inconvenience because all my gear will be setup for no-CP and because I won't be able to practice in duels with no-CP - which is now my now preferred format. So ZOS, please give us the option for no-CP duels. I am not a coder but it doesn't seem like this is too tall of a task. I think this would be a good, simple addition to the game that lines up perfectly well with the way ZOS is taking PVP.

yeh I would prefer no CP duels too. However if you find likeminded folks... you both can always agree do unload CP for the sake of practice that is until ZOS makes it easier.

remove dueling entirely..

remake as arena matches with fully customizable settings (number of combatants, CP levels, enable/disable procs, bots, etc.). Make it so spectators can "join" a match to watch and wager on outcomes.

Why remove dueling when you can just add your idea? I don't understand this way of thinking.

Also, add cp bg.

Personally I prefer CP stuff, so would like to see CP-BG as well. I´m not playing PvP to show of my "skills" of resourcemanagement, but to have fun, and running out of Resources after 10 second fighting aint fun. But no CP dueling, why not

I would start dueling again if they make it no cp. A bunch of duelist could get together and make a dueling spot in the No cp campaign though

I like CP for duels, if having a match means you can specialize them to counter a particular opponent build type etc.

I wish there were saved presets however, with the new CP I need a PVE / MSA / PVP setup option for quick switch!

yes please ZOS if you are going to make BGs noCP, duels need to be noCP.
