Punishment for being kicked from a dungeon

Probably been debated over and over, but I'd like to know why players are being punished with a lockout-timer when group members decide to kick them from the group.

If you're kicked from the group then you should have the right to queue again instantly. 95% of kicks is related to someone being perceived as under-leveled anyway, on very rare occasions there are other reason. But very rarely, as you're all aware.

I actually agree on that. I remember being kicked once without explanation right after I joined a pledge. No hi, no nothing. And I was not under leveled (CP400+ at the time). I'm guessing they kicked me out because a friend came online or something. Still I was not at fault and was punished with a delay.

It's not like this is a MAJOR thing that would require IMMEDIATE ATTENTION(!) but it would be nice if they would do something about it some time.

I like how in Battlefield 3 when someone initiated a vote kick, they also had to state a reason before voting began. (I know, totally different game but concept applies).
