Npcs clearly use heavy/light attacks, they are even labeled as such in damage recaps.
Expert defender does nothing.

✭✭✭✭Don't take this the wrong way, but did you expect it to? I assumed it was a PvP star, similar to how you can get crit resists or decrease regen through light and heavy attacks.0 -

Npcs don't regen or crit, they do however use light and heavy attacks.
