He's a moderator and his only responsibility falls on moderating the forums. Moderators are not in direct contact with the devs and therefore cannot help in issues such as these.
The community managers @ZOS_GinaBruno and @ZOS_JessicaFolsom are our first line of contact with the devs, but given @ZOS_RichLambert is lead design, you can also try him.
That being said, don't hold your breath waiting on a response.

I havent got one in four months, why would I expect one now. Bug reports, forum threads, and tickets all go ignored...
Dungeon finder worked ok since the update for me... so maybe it's fixed? Probably just got lucky.
